1.Artist shall retain copyright in and to the subject work.

2.Artist and gallery/dealer hereby grant the owner of the edition the nonexclusive right to copy or transfer the work to other formats for exhibition or archival purposes only. The work, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.

3.It is essential that the artist or a technician approved by the artist be consulted before each public installation to approve the exhibition conditions. The artist or her technical advisor must always approve details and modifications to the installation.

4.The owner of the work should maintain this certificate and an archive copy of the work as supplied. The sub-master should not be used for exhibition purposes but stored under archival conditions until they need to be used to prepare copies for exhibition.
